December, 2020 Term Examinations
Dear CMA students,
Due to outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic and imposition of a nationwide Lockdown therefor, we started providing online coaching classes for the interest of all our CMA/CA/CS/B.Com students on and from the 14th April, 2020.
For December, 2020 term examinations join our online or classroom classes immediately. The details of these classes are as follows:
About Us
We started in the year 2004 and since then we are providing coaching to all commerce and professional students like CMA/CA/CS/B.Com students by professionally and technically qualified experienced teachers at reasonable fees charged from the students.
We are strategically located in a place which can be reached from any part of the city Kolkata and it's outskirts within maximum 30 minutes by city bus or local train or by any other suitable mode of transport.
In small batches classes are held in two convenient time slots: 11.30 am to 1.30 pm and 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm.
We provide coaching in: Financial and Corporate Accounting, Cost and Management Accounting, Financial Management, Operations Management, Direct Taxation and Indirect Taxation.
All our students during the last 16 years successfully cleared their examinations. But more important and satisfying for us is the fact that they all started loving the above mentioned subjects after joining our classes.
We guide and help students prepare for the exams by explaining thoroughly the study materials provided by the CMA/CA/CS Institute and also by helping them solve all the Illustration and Exercise problems of the study materials. In course of preparing the students for the exams, we also keep the specific question patterns into our active consideration all the time. Under special circumstances, we also provide extra classes to the students over and above the regular classes. Besides Institute's study materials, in special cases, we also get problems from other books and sources of materials solved by the students for better and advanced level preparation. We provide both classroom and online classes.
Basic Structure of the online Coaching Classes
There will be two types of classes:
1. Regular Classes, and
2. Doubt Clearing Classes.
Regular Classes
These are paid classes, i.e. fees will be charged for these classes on per class basis. The class timings for these classes will be as follows:
1. There will be two regular classes each day as follows:
i) From 11.30 am to 1.30 pm, and
ii) From 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm.
2. There will be no regular classes on Sundays.
3. A student will be allowed to do only one regular class per day. It is the student who will decide, as per his or her convenience, how many regular classes he or she will do per week.
Doubt Clearing Classes
These are free classes and timings for these classes will be:
From 11.30 am to 2.30 pm every Sunday.
Modus Operandi of the online Coaching Classes
1. Every
online student shall register his/her attendance for a particular allotted
regular class to be conducted by the Institute (i.e. CMA Biswajit Debnath
Coaching Classes) by sending WhatsApp or message to 7044521121, at least one
hour before the allotted regular class.
2. If
due to some unavoidable circumstances or due to any personal reason a student
is not able to attend a particular regular class allotted to him/her, he/she
must intimate the same to the Institute by WhatsApp or message to 7044521121,
at least one hour before the respective class.
3. The
Institute will send the necessary and relevant study materials to the
registered students by email or WhatsApp in due course.
4. Every
class will be of 2 to 2½ hours duration. During the class students may ask
their doubts/questions through message or WhatsApp to the number: 7044521121 or
through phone calls to any of these numbers: 7044521121, 9674185361, and
9433370263.
5. The students
will send their class works and home works by WhatsApp to the number:
7044521121 and after checking the same The Institute / Concerned Teacher will
revert to the students with necessary corrections and remarks.
Fee Structure linked with Number of Classes
1. Fees will be charged at the following
rates:
Rs 300 per
class of 2 – 2½ hours
2. Fees shall be payable by the students
for four classes at a time.
3. The first payment of fees shall
become due as and when the student enrols his/her name for the online classes
and shall have to be paid by the student on or before the date of commencement
of classes.
4. There will be no return/refund of
fees under any circumstances.
5. Fees will be paid by the students by
bank transfer only. The details of Bank Account in which the fees will have to
be transferred/deposited, will be intimated to the students in due course.
The dates and time slots of regular classes will be allotted to the students after discussing with them once they are interested to join our online classes and contact us for the same.
